Hiver is a customer support platform built to help teams manage conversations with clarity and ease. We developed a visual identity around “Solve Simple”, creating a system that turns the complexity of customer support into something clearer, more human, and easier to navigate. The identity brings together expressive typography, emotional colour, evolving forms, motion, and a flexible visual language designed to reflect the journey from friction to resolution.
