3D Wizard Character System — Napa Mobile App

Project description

The client had one request: a wizard mascot. A wise old teacher who guides and helps. I took that idea further — multiple poses, each tied to a specific moment in the app. Torch wizard for the main screen, sad wizard for empty states, happy wizard for progress moments.Each variant was generated through AI, refined, and integrated into the design system as a functional UI element. The mascot communicates user status and emotional context throughout the entire app.
