Project description

Frequency Breathwork is a website dedicated to transformational breathwork practices and immersive retreat experiences. The project introduces conscious breathing as a tool for nervous system regulation, emotional release, and expanded awareness, translating an embodied practice into a digital environment. The core challenge was to communicate something deeply physical and experiential through a screen. Instead of relying on literal imagery, we built a visual language around tension and release. Living lines stretch and soften across the interface, echoing the rhythm of inhalation and exhalation. The full case study is now live on Behance. We would truly appreciate your support.
