21 Oaks [Launch Day]

Project description

Introducing 21 Oaks latest launch this July. 21 Oaks is a student housing community in Columbia, South Carolina, offering fully furnished apartments, shared amenities, and a location close to the University of South Carolina campus. The visual direction is a little different from what I usually create, but it gradually became one of my favorite parts of the project. It took several iterations to find the right balance. Custom illustrations run throughout the website, connecting the sections, explaining key features, and creating clear visual focal points.
