Project description

New website launch for binder|consulting, a firm working across HR strategy, technology, and transformation. The hardest part wasn't visual. It was editorial. When a firm does this much, the temptation is to prove it all on the homepage. We took the opposite approach: structure the content first, then let the design carry it. The live version is the third or fourth structural pass. That part rarely gets shown, but it's where the value sits.
