Industrial Minimalism: High-End Modular Housing UI Concept

I designed this architectural landing page for SVCS to bridge the gap between industrial sustainability and luxury living. The UI is built on a "Clean-Grid" system that mirrors modular construction. Key features include an interactive model catalog (Nest, Haven, Echo) with liveable sq ft specs, and a dynamic exterior customizer with real-time color swatches. The layout is engineered to handle high-ticket lead generation while maintaining a premium, minimalist aesthetic.
