Web Screenshots 2001–2026

Project description

Since 2001 I’ve screenshotted every website whose design caught my eye. No system, no tags, just one folder that kept growing. I finally turned it into a browsable archive: ~4,000 screenshots sorted by the day I saved them, from Flash intros and web 2.0 gloss to today. Jump through the years, search the text inside the screenshots, save your favourites. There’s also a 2005-style remake: dmdev.it/webscreens/2005
