Sapiens: Defeating the Bot Invasion
Project description
The ##FigmaMakeathon kind of caught me off guard. I wasn’t planning to participate, but it got me curious. I’ve been playing a bit with Figma Make lately, and I was genuinely surprised by how much it improved since the last time I tried it. For the past 10 years I’ve mostly been designing for Muzli. This project pushed me out of my comfort zone. It reminded me of the days I used to build weird interactive things just for fun, no brief, no client, just curiosity. I wanted to see if I still have it. So I gave myself the weekend and decided to take this as far as I possibly could. This is the result 👇 Sapiens: Defeating the Bot Invasion Social platforms are flooded with bots. The “Like” has become a scripted signal. For the #figmamakeathon on Contra, I built an experiment: What if engagement required proof of humanity? Proof of Soul - A Human Firewall • Emotional Resonance - interact using real-time facial expressions or body gestures • Gestural Stories - draw your “like” by hand ❤️ • Hidden human-only Easter eggs 🎮 Just exploring how far Figma Make can be pushed, and whether I can still surprise myself. If you like the idea and want to support, I’d truly appreciate a 🐐, like, or comment on the project page.
