About the Project For Taski, SaaS Task & Project management platform, we designed a responsive, multi-device interface system engineered to unify planning, communication, and execution into a single, cohesive workflow. We built an adaptable cross-platform ecosystem for both desktop and mobile devices, leveraging AI-assisted tools, integrated scheduling, and real-time performance analytics to empower cross-functional teams to collaborate efficiently and drive projects forward with maximum momentum. Project Objective Our primary objective was to deliver a seamless, high-performance cross-platform design system that adapts Taski's desktop capabilities into an intuitive mobile interface. Built on a clean off-white canvas featuring vibrant electric blue action triggers and crisp Mona Sans typography, we engineered the mobile application to maintain full feature parity—translating desktop bento grids into vertical mobile stacks so teams can track productivity, schedule meetings, and interact with AI assistants on any screen size.
