About TerraFlux At TerraFlux, we're reshaping the future of soil management through innovative tracking and sustainable land practices. Our platform helps landowners, construction managers, and government agencies track soil movement, ensure environmental compliance, and make smarter land management decisions with real-time insights. Our Approach We followed a structured, research-driven design process to transform complex soil management workflows into a simple, intuitive digital experience. From understanding operational challenges to delivering a scalable platform, every step focused on improving efficiency, compliance, and decision-making. Problem The Problem Managing soil movement across multiple projects is fragmented and time-consuming. Teams work without real-time visibility, navigate complex regulatory requirements manually, and lose time to disconnected workflows — making it difficult to monitor operations or keep stakeholders aligned. Solution The Solution A centralized platform combining live map tracking, automated compliance workflows, and unified project oversight. Four objectives shaped the build: operational visibility, centralized management, regulatory compliance, and team coordination.
