Staff Point is a web-based employee management dashboard designed to simplify team tracking and performance monitoring. The goal was to build a clean, data-focused interface that helps managers oversee daily activities efficiently. The design process focused on usability, clear hierarchy, and consistent visual language. Using Figma for structure and Photoshop for refinements, the final UI delivers a modern, responsive, and easy-to-navigate experience for internal teams.
