Duo Case is a fictional product website built as a weekend experiment to explore how far AI can be pushed across both website design and development. The concept is deliberately absurd: a very unofficial way to turn two iPhones into an "iPhone Duo." Context This was a self-initiated non-commercial project. The goal wasn't simply to generate a website with AI, but to test how effectively AI could support the full process from an initial idea to a finished live experience. Challenge AI can produce layouts, copy, visuals and code quickly, but generating output is only part of the process. The challenge was turning those outputs into a coherent website with a clear visual direction, consistent composition, interactions and an experience that felt intentionally designed rather than generated. Scope and responsibilities Igorev Agency handled: - Concept development and creative direction - Website structure and visual direction - AI-assisted design exploration - AI-assisted development - Interaction and responsive decisions - Content refinement - Final QA and launch Approach AI was used heavily throughout the project to accelerate exploration and execution. The key work was directing that output: deciding what to generate, evaluating the results, rejecting weak directions, refining the design and making the technical decisions required to turn the concept into a finished website. Outcome The complete concept was designed, developed and launched over a weekend. The experiment demonstrated how AI can significantly accelerate website production when combined with design and development experience, while leaving the critical creative and technical decisions in professional hands.
