Sin of Lust - Seven sins series

Project description

This editorial is a raw visual experiment exploring the aesthetics of rebellion and distorted beauty through the lens of lust as one of the primal human sins. Inspired by DIY punk culture and underground zines, we crafted a deliberately aggressive visual style—combining rough halftone textures, bold type treatments, and neon-washed tones. As the Creative Director and Retoucher, I led the conceptual development, moodboarding, on-set art direction, and final post-production. The project’s key challenge was to preserve emotional intensity while achieving a polished visual balance between chaos and control. We treated this project not only as a shoot, but as a collectible artefact—a piece of cultural commentary sealed in a visual wrapper.
