As remote work continues to reshape the way companies build teams, hiring talent across borders is becoming easier—but managing global recruitment, compliance, and payroll remains a challenge. This concept explores how a modern hiring platform can simplify that entire process through a clean, intuitive, and conversion-focused user experience.For this project, I designed Globynk, an AI-powered global hiring platform that helps businesses discover, hire, and manage top international talent from a single dashboard. The visual direction centers around the idea of worldwide connectivity, represented through a digital globe that symbolizes talent networks spanning multiple countries and markets.The warm orange gradient creates a bold and energetic first impression, helping the platform stand out from the typical blue-heavy SaaS landscape. Combined with glassmorphism-inspired UI elements, modern typography, and strategic spacing, the design aims to feel both innovative and trustworthy.
