One thing I love about product design is how it pulls you into spaces you didn’t study or expect. I’ve been working on a healthcare solution recently, and it’s been both challenging and exciting. I’m picking up medical terms I never thought I’d use, trying to understand real patient needs, and doing my best to simplify the complex. It’s not easy, but it feels good because the impact is real.
