Project description

One thing I’ve always admired about the healthcare industry is how professionals stay calm, kind, and reassuring, even when delivering difficult news. They do everything they can to elevate a patient’s spirit through their words, tone, and presence. This inspired my approach to a recent mobile app project in the healthcare space. While designing the appointment booking experience, I focused on making the interface feel warm, friendly, and human. From the tone of microcopy to the colors and flow, everything was built to make users feel supported, not overwhelmed.
