This project is a conceptual redesign of an HR portal tailored specifically for top executives. The goal was to move away from mass-market job boards and create a calm, premium space where trust is built through design. Key focuses: Privacy-first approach — discreet interaction models for sensitive searches Data transparency — clear salary benchmarks and verified agency credentials Visual restraint — a strict, airy interface with a sophisticated color palette (deep navy, burgundy, graphite) The result is a platform that doesn't just list agencies — it helps C-level users make confident, informed decisions.
