psychologist elena borisova website
Project description
if this design had a slogan, it would be: "everything matters". the overall concept matters. if a therapy session had a design, it would look exactly like this. every element — the colors, the generous use of space, and the smooth animations — conveys the atmosphere of a session with a comforting psychologist, leaving a feeling of clarity and inspiration. even the absence of capital letters in the text matters, as it reflects the calm tone of the conversation. the phrase that assembles piece by piece as you scroll through the homepage matters too. it alludes to the essence of therapy, mirroring the way a patient’s thoughts come together. and of course, the illustrations, as is often the case, hold special significance when they become an integral part of the design. in these illustrations, both the storyline and the style are crucial. the most comfortable place for a bird is its nest — a home and a space for recovery before new flights. in the design, it symbolizes the comfort and coziness of working with elena. the eye symbolizes the honesty in the text about oneself because you can always tell when someone is speaking the truth through their eyes. the illustrations look as if they were sketched just moments before you visited the site. the pencil-like style emphasizes simplicity and the dynamic nature of communication. they are simple, naive, and calm, but above all, deeply empathetic. brew yourself a cup of tea and check out the website: https://elenaborisova.life special thanks to sergey borisov, brand designer and art director, and ekaterina chkhartishvili, illustrator, who made this project happen.
