FS45. From blueprint to cockpit.

Project description

A product page for FS45, a spaceship whose planform comes from the Flyshare logo. The three angles of the mark, 45, 14 and 76 degrees, run through every edge and seam of the hull. The page tells the ship in five chapters you can scroll through or jump to: the ship in the dark, the build, eleven detail cards, the engines and a cockpit you can look around in. The hero opens a real time 3D viewer of the full model. This film runs the page from top to bottom, from the hero to the planet in the footer. The outline in the build chapter is not an illustration. It is drawn from the same plan file the 3D model was built from: the edges of the mark become red reference lines, parallels slide to where the hull needs them, the seams follow by angle, and the render rises underneath until the drawing thins out to hairlines. Custom HTML, CSS and WebGL, without a framework or a 3D library. Concept, design and 3D in Figma and Blender, code written together with Claude.
