metic. — Take a Closer Look

Project description

Portfolio of metic., a one-person design and software studio in rural Upper Austria. The name comes from meticulous, so the site asks you to look closer: pick up the 3D loupe and it magnifies the live page and reveals invisible ink, X-ray mode exposes the measurements behind every element, and the hero builds itself from lines to grid, type, color and code before dropping into the real "Start a project" button. 15 hidden finds, sound and a fireworks finale reward exploring. Hand-built with Next.js, Payload CMS, Three.js and GSAP. CSS Design Awards Website of the Day, October 2026.
