Designed a premium landing page for Metro Nest, a modern real estate platform focused on curated urban homes and refined city living. The concept centers around aspirational, high-end architecture photography paired with a clean, minimal interface that lets the property speak for itself. Key design elements: Full-bleed hero image of a luxury modern villa to instantly set a premium, aspirational tone Bold, confident headline ("The Future of Refined Living") paired with concise supporting copy Trustpilot rating badge placed prominently near the headline to build immediate credibility and trust High-contrast black CTA button ("Explore Properties") for strong visual hierarchy against the light sky-blue background Clean, minimal top navigation with logo, primary links, and a standout "Contact Us" button Rounded card-style container framing the entire hero section for a soft, modern feel The layout is built to convert - leading with trust signals, a clear value proposition, and a single dominant action, all while letting the striking architecture do the emotional heavy lifting.
