Hotel website for Edem Resort Med & SPA

Project description

Edem Resort Medical & SPA: a website redesign. More than a five-star hotel, it’s a complete destination that sets the standard not only in Ukraine but across Eastern Europe. The main goal was to turn an outdated website into a luxurious, minimalist one, and to convey the scale and privacy of the location, the coziness of nature and a sense of exclusivity. Guests should quickly find their direction (SPA, Medical, Golf, Events, Weddings) and take action: book a room or request a consultation. What I did: — Research: audit of the outdated website, analysis of its structure and the guest’s path to booking; — UX: new sitemap, optimized user flow, prototypes with a clear path to booking or consultation; — UI: a full visual refresh and micro-interactions. Not everything made it into development, so I wanted to share the original idea.
