Skincare Advice is Everywhere. The difficult part is figuring out which advice actually makes sense for your skin and then turning it into a routine you can consistently follow. This week, I’m exploring an AI Skincare Consultant designed around that problem. The experience starts directly from the homepage with a conversation. A user can describe what they’re noticing, share their skin goals, current products and budget, and optionally upload a photo for additional visual context. Their consultation then becomes a personalized skincare program with: • AM/PM routines • Product usage schedules • Weekly check-ins • Progress tracking • AI-assisted routine adjustments So the core loop I’m designing around is: Understand → Recommend → Build Routine → Follow → Check In → Adjust For the MVP, I’m intentionally keeping the AI focused on skincare guidance and personalization rather than positioning it as a medical diagnosis tool.
