Meet ResolveAI — an AI Customer Support SaaS concept for growing software teams. I explored how the experience could connect AI-powered support with clear operational visibility, from a product-led marketing homepage to an Overview dashboard and an AI Performance experience. The design focuses on helping support teams understand: What needs attention → What AI is handling → Where humans step in → How support is performing. Visually, I wanted ResolveAI to feel calm and premium, using soft gradients, generous whitespace, expressive typography, and clean product UI rather than the typical futuristic AI aesthetic.
