A logo design for The Merritt Group, a custom home builder in the greater Milwaukee area of Wisconsin. Great care was given to ensure that the design would suggest the business's strength, integrity, and faithfulness. The monogram was built from the architectural symbol for a doorway: symbolizing new opportunities. This emblem is encircled in a commonly used building symbol with a twist - the peak of the triangular portion bears a structural appearance akin to a roofline.
