Studia - AI Study Companion App UI Design
Project description
Our client came to us with a simple brief. "Make students actually want to study." Most study apps solve the wrong problem. They give students a place to store notes. But storing notes isn't the problem. Knowing if you're actually making progress that's the problem. Students open an app, read for an hour, close it, and feel nothing. No momentum. No feedback. No sense that today moved them closer to their goal. That feeling kills consistency. And without consistency, no study app works no matter how good the features are. So we built around one question: How do we make progress feel real? The answer became the design language of the entire product. — A progress arc on the home screen that curves toward the goal. 72% doesn't feel like a stat. It feels like momentum. — 128 notes across 12 folders, collaborative and shared — so studying feels less isolating. — AI that converts educational videos into smart study notes instantly — removing the biggest friction point between content and retention. — A community tab built like a social feed — Biology PDFs shared, quizzes with 12.4K plays, 2.5K+ members active. Warm peach gradients. Soft glassmorphism cards. Orange accents that feel encouraging, not urgent. Every design decision asked the same question: does this make the student feel like they're winning? This is the kind of product we build at Orbix Studio.
