Délib is a strategic intelligence platform designed to help professionals anticipate and capture opportunities emerging from decisions made by local and regional authorities. Leveraging automated analysis technologies, the platform collects, structures, and interprets resolutions and minutes from municipal, intermunicipal, and departmental councils in order to extract high–commercial–potential signals. Délib’s value lies in its ability to transform dense, complex raw material—often opaque and difficult-to-exploit institutional documents—into clear, contextualized, and immediately actionable insights. Each user receives personalized alerts and targeted summaries based on their industry sectors and geographic areas, enabling early access to investment projects well ahead of the publication of public tenders. Palantis — Brands was appointed by the Délib team to support a pivotal phase in the company’s development: refining its brand territory, rationalizing its communication tools, and, most importantly, leading the strategic and ergonomic design of its digital platform. In this context, our role was not to redefine the existing visual language from the ground up, but to unlock its full potential. We built upon the brand’s foundations to clarify, strengthen, and coherently deploy them across all touchpoints. This approach made it possible to unify the offering, enhance its readability, and establish a durable visual and functional framework. At the core of the mission was an in-depth process of research, structuring, and user experience design. We conceived and designed the entire user journey—from the marketing website, serving as the first point of entry and product education layer, to the authenticated platform—crafting every screen, navigation logic, and functional menu. The primary challenge was to make complex institutional data intelligible while delivering a seamless, high-performance, decision-oriented experience. This required a nuanced understanding of professional use cases, regulatory constraints, monitoring workflows, and the operational expectations of end users, all translated into clear, structured, and efficient interfaces.
