One thing I learned studying Real Estate is that the airspace above your land actually belongs to you. With the rise of drones, delivery tech, and flying cars, that invisible zone above properties is becoming a new kind of real estate. That insight inspired this concept dashboard — SkyTrade — a platform where people can buy, sell, or rent air rights just like physical property. The design challenge was to make a futuristic, asset-trading experience feel: Trustworthy and grounded like a financial platform Explorative like a map-based marketplace Effortless to navigate for both investors and homeowners My favorite part?
