🚀 Designing a Food Delivery Experience That Feels Local, Not Generic From Prague’s cobbled streets to pixel-perfect prototypes—Svaggy was more than just a food delivery app. It was a full-stack product design challenge. Over 3 months, I: ✅ Conducted on-ground user research with customers, riders & restaurant owners. ✅ Designed multi-touchpoint UI/UX (consumer app, delivery app, restaurant dashboard, super admin). ✅ Built out branding & marketing visuals from scratch. ✅ Collaborated with Think 360 Studio to bring it all to life using React, Node, Swift, and Kotlin. ✅ Wrote MVP docs + detailed Jira user stories for devs. ✅ Created Figma & Axure prototypes that served as the foundation for production Every screen, flow, and filter was designed to solve real problems—whether it was a student craving budget meals or a busy chef managing live orders during peak hours. 🧠 And if you're a SaaS founder or product owner in Europe, the U.S., or Canada, looking for onsite senior product design support—I’d love to bring this same end-to-end approach to your product.
