Fox Mobile App — Concept

Project description

Last year, I had the opportunity to work on an exciting B2C project with Fox Rent A Car. Together with my team, we helped improve conversion by around 5% (based on real data) in the $100B+ U.S. car rental market. One of the biggest things I learned from this project was how users actually behave on the homepage. After analyzing heatmap data and conducting user interviews, it became clear that most users are simply looking for the quickest way to check rental rates. No matter how much content sits in the viewport, users tend to ignore it if it doesn’t help them reach that goal. In reality, the booking form is the main pathway users rely on. It helps them move forward quickly and make fast decisions about their next trip. Based on these insights, I designed an unofficial conceptual mobile app homepage viewport that focuses on making the booking flow more prominent, while keeping the interface clean and modern. The idea is simple — help users reach the rates faster and start their booking with less friction. #FoxRentACar #MobileHomePage
