Weir — Revenue Recovery Dashboard for SaaS

Project description

Weir is a self-initiated product: a recovery desk for subscription businesses. Every recovery tool I studied (Stripe Billing, Churnkey, Baremetrics Recover) is a campaign you configure and forget. That handles the easy half. Weir is built for the person left with the accounts that need a decision: one queue of every failed charge, ranked by the money at stake, with the next action on every row. Designed in Figma and built as a working front end in Next.js on shadcn/ui: six screens and eleven states, light and dark, 36 colour tokens mirrored as Figma variables. The colour rule runs through everything: green means recovered, amber means at risk, red means lost, and nothing else gets colour. Self-initiated concept. The customer, Kestrel, and every figure in the product are sample data.
