Superbar - AI Assistant Bar, UI AnimationThis started as a working prototype that a founder shipped fast. It did everything it needed to do and felt like a prototype.My job was the difference between functional and alive. I rebuilt the bar from the structure up, then spent most of the time on the parts you don't notice: easing that has weight, states that hand off instead of cutting, a thinking moment that actually feels like thinking.Software can work perfectly and still feel dead.
