Bodily Rites - Robin Kane

Project description

The series explores the body as a site of ritual beyond belief, where devotion emerges through posture, restraint, and repetition rather than doctrine. Hybrid figures blur boundaries between human, animal, and artefact, transforming ornament into structure. Through stillness and controlled gesture, the series frames ritual as embodied practice — a choreography of endurance and care in which identity is held, reshaped, and temporarily suspended.
