The Elephant Campaign uses a life-sized elephant as a metaphor for fragmented marketing data, conflicting reports, disconnected tools, and insights teams struggle to act on. Instead of treating the problem as dramatic, the campaign presents it with dry humor and deadpan realism — the elephant is simply accepted as part of everyday office life.
