ERP Dashboard Design for Warehouse Portfolio Management

Project description

For this project, we designed an ERP dashboard for Matrix, a portfolio intelligence platform used by companies managing small and mid-size warehouse assets. Instead of focusing on warehouse operations, the system concentrates on what determines portfolio performance—leases, cash flow, vacancy risk, and tenant stability. This focus shaped the structure and hierarchy of the dashboard. We organized essential metrics into a concise top-level overview, giving teams instant insight into vacant space, vacancy loss, upcoming lease expirations, and overall stability. The main analytical view visualizes revenue behavior, occupancy trends, vacancy dynamics, and effective rent over time, helping users identify deviations and understand long-term patterns without navigating away from the page.
