Project description

3D Web Arcade Case Study: Vol. 3.0 – Weaponized Audio A silent celebration is just a pantomime. While developing Shaky Gotcha, I wanted to do more than shake the screen — I wanted to hijack your heartbeat. I turned music into a tool to guide emotion and push rhythm, a real “weapon” for engagement. 🕹️ Interstellar DJ Booth: Control the Atmosphere In the bottom-right corner, the 'DJ Console' lets players switch between 22 distinct tracks in one click, spanning from classic arcade (1 track) and heavy metal (11 tracks) to SHAKY-exclusives (10 tracks). Music plays seamlessly across all screens — the mood never breaks. ⚡ The Final 30 Seconds: Audio Pressure The real experiment lies in the golden last 30 seconds. As time runs out, I don’t just change the color of numbers — I push auditory nerves: background music speeds up by 15%, pitch rises, and the rhythm intensifies, accompanied by flashing red digits. This is a Stress Design experiment — using synchronized audio and visuals to trigger players’ survival instincts and push clicking speed to the extreme. 🪐 Dive into the full series on my profile.
