Misal Pav isn't just street food in Maharashtra—it is a daily ritual and a local emotion. With Appa’s Misal, our goal was to take this beloved classic and give it a clean, modern home. The branding balances regional pride, represented by the traditional saffron cap, with a playful chili-mustache mascot and simple packaging. It is a design crafted to feel familiar to locals while bringing a fresh, contemporary energy to the table.
