Every new AI product looks the same: a blinking cursor in a box. I know — I shipped one too. Engram's first version was that exact blank box. Fastest thing to build, so I built it. Then I used these tools daily and felt the friction — freezing at Claude Code, not knowing what to type. The text box isn't the finish line. It's just the cheapest thing to build.
