CX Lens, a groundbreaking insights platform that helps businesses understand and improve customer experiences across various locations, including restaurants, retail stores, grocery stores, shopping malls, hotels, and gyms. CX Lens offers the fastest and easiest way for businesses to uncover what’s really happening in their locations, enabling them to measure and track customer experiences with precision. As Strafe, we were entrusted with the entire design of the CX Lens SAAS platform. From creating a seamless onboarding experience to tailoring the platform for various user personas and tiers, we focused on making complex data easily accessible and actionable. Our intuitive UI design allows users to dissect data effortlessly and derive valuable insights to fuel business growth.
