This case study covers the end-to-end UI/UX design process from brand identity and design system to a full responsive dashboard experience across web, tablet, and mobile. Challenge Managing projects across disconnected tools often leads to missed deadlines, scattered communication, and limited visibility into team performance. The goal was to unify planning, task tracking, meetings, and productivity analytics into one clean, data-driven workspace without overwhelming users with complexity. Solution A centralized dashboard that combines task management, scheduling, collaboration, productivity insights, and an AI assistant into one seamless experience giving teams a faster, more intuitive way to stay aligned and focused on delivering results.
