Project description

Translating a video is easy. Making it sound natural and fit the original timing is the hard part. For this exploration, I imagined Tonal, an AI dubbing tool that turns a video into another language while keeping each speaker's own voice. It is built around two layers: Script Review: every line shown in both languages, with timing checks that flag lines running too long and suggest shorter rewrites that fit. Timeline Editor: a video preview, cloned voices for each speaker and a multi track timeline, so creators can see, hear and fix the dub in one place.
