Role Led the complete web design and development of HCCR’s new website in close collaboration with the Co-Founder & Representative Director. Founded by talent leaders, HCCR helps experienced recruiters transform their expertise into founder-led businesses through capital, infrastructure and hands-on support. Rather than following the traditional recruitment model, HCCR empowers ambitious professionals to launch and scale ventures with reduced risk and a long-term focus on sustainable growth. Project Objectives I worked directly with Sean Travers, Co-Founder and Representative Director of HCCR, to design and develop a modern website that communicates the incubator’s mission and philosophy. The goal was to create a distinctive digital presence that positions HCCR as a trusted partner for recruiters looking to become founders. Key objectives included: • Establishing a premium and credible brand presence online • Communicating HCCR’s unique venture-building approach with clarity • Creating a structured experience that balances storytelling with conversion • Delivering a responsive website optimized for performance and scalability Scope of Work • Full design and development in Framer • 6+ pages, including Home, About Us, Insights, Our Ventures and Contact • Modular design system for consistency and future growth • Custom interactions and smooth transitions throughout the experience • Blog and insights section for thought leadership content • Responsive design optimized for speed, accessibility and SEO Approach and Communication Collaborating directly with the Co-Founder allowed for an agile and transparent process from concept to launch. Every design decision was centered around HCCR’s vision of helping talent leaders become founders. Through regular feedback loops and iterative refinements, we focused on creating a digital experience that feels sophisticated, approachable, and aligned with the company's long-term mission.
