Connectome is a Medical app that makes daily wellness simple with an AI assistant. Users can manage every doctor appointment, set a med reminder, use voice chat, and transcribe health notes into organized records. The app UI uses a warm modern design for iOS with bold typography, rounded cards, balanced spacing, and clear visual hierarchy.  As an app designer, we focused on intuitive navigation and smooth animation to make every interaction feel effortless. The result is a calm, accessible medical AI experience that helps users stay organized, complete routines faster, and feel more confident managing their health every day.
