This ISNI+ organization's website provides medical residents with access to advocacy, support, and practical resources through a clear digital hub. The experience focuses on solidarity, action, and member engagement. The Website design uses a bold orange palette, strong photography, and structured content blocks to create an energetic product landing page. The contrast between warm visuals and a clean layout keeps the message easy to follow. From a UI and UX design perspective, the layout combines a clear, blurred nav bar, a mega menu, prominent CTA placements, and a well-organized footer. Strong visual hierarchy, card-based sections, and balanced spacing improve navigation across the web page. The redesign strengthens trust and discoverability in the healthcare and union space. It turns complex information into a focused journey, helping users find resources faster while creating a modern web design experience with an AI product mindset.
