Project description

MarcoHR is an HRM platform built for recruitment, hiring, contract tracking, employee management, and daily human resources work in one place. The dashboard design uses a clean grid, strong type hierarchy, modular cards, and focused spacing to keep complex HRS data easy to scan. As a UI designer, used clear data grouping, visual hierarchy, status cues, and simple navigation across HRD tasks like job records, sick leave, payroll, and employee details. This product design reduces screen clutter, speeds up common HR workflows, and helps teams make faster decisions without digging through scattered information.
