Racami SaaS product is a medical operations platform built to handle file management, customer inventory, asset management, and tasks from one admin panel. The goal is simple: help teams manage large volumes of records without losing context. For this dashboard design, I focused on a clean dashboard UI with a clear content hierarchy. The sidebar keeps navigation predictable, while the top summary cards give users an instant view of file status and workload. As an experienced UI designer, we used data tables, status badges, pagination, filters, bulk actions, and progressive disclosure to reduce cognitive load. Strong spacing and consistent alignment also make dense data easier to scan. The result is a more efficient workflow. Users can find files faster, track tasks, spot rejected items, and manage assets with fewer clicks. Making the admin panel feel less like a database and more like a working tool.
