The Mobile Challenge:Over 70% of local service searches happen on mobile devices. For the Laundra project, a simple "shrink-to-fit" approach wasn't enough. We re-engineered the navigation and booking flow specifically for thumb-driven interaction.Key Responsive Features:Sticky CTA: The "Schedule Pickup" button remains accessible on every scroll depth.Touch Targets: Expanded button sizes and form inputs to prevent mis-clicks on smaller screens.Optimized Typography: Adjusted font scaling ensures readability without excessive zooming.The Result:A seamless experience that allows users to schedule a laundry pickup in under 60 seconds, whether they are on a desktop or waiting for the bus.
