Order Management Dashboard
Project description
Order workflows without structure lead to constant friction. When teams can’t instantly see order progress, client context, or payment details, they end up navigating blindly instead of making confident decisions. For this Order Management Dashboard, the goal was to transform fragmented operational data into a streamlined, easy-to-understand experience. Where typical order systems fall short - - Key information buried across multiple sections - Status visibility that isn’t immediate or actionable - Overloaded interfaces with poor prioritization - Missing real-world context for faster decisions What we approached differently - This design consolidates everything into a single, focused workspace where contact, client, payment, and order insights live together. Visual status cues like “Overdue” instantly highlight urgency, while a modular card layout improves readability. A built-in map view adds spatial context directly into the flow, eliminating the need to switch tools. Impact created - Quicker actions with all critical data in one place - Better visibility with clear, scannable status cues - Less back-and-forth between screens - More efficient workflows through structured information Because a dashboard should guide decisions — not slow them down.
