Pet Care App Onboarding UI Design – Pawfect

Project description

Keeping track of a pet's health often means scattered notes, missed vet appointments, and forgotten vaccination dates, especially for first-time pet parents trying to figure out what actually needs tracking. Pawfect is a pet care app concept designed to bring health records, appointment reminders, and trusted vet recommendations into one simple, friendly experience. The goal was to design an onboarding flow that feels warm and reassuring from the very first screen, turning pet care from something stressful into something manageable. The flow opens by showcasing the app's core value: organized pet profiles with health status at a glance, then moves into solving the biggest pain point: missed appointments, shown through a clean reminder card preview. It closes with social proof, surfacing nearby, highly-rated vet clinics to build immediate trust before the Get Started moment. The visual language leans into a playful, colorful direction: warm coral, calming teal, and a soft cream base, paired with rounded, friendly typography that feels approachable rather than clinical. Layered pet photography, status badges like Vaccinated and Healthy, and clear progress indicators work together to make the onboarding feel personal from the first tap.
