Lenval Properties is an Abu Dhabi–based developer of boutique residential, commercial, and hospitality landmarks — with projects on Jubail Island and Palm Jumeirah. The First The Last® designed and developed their website around a single idea drawn from the region itself: light and shadow. Real-time shadow animations move across the pages like palm leaves over a facade, video plays on scroll, and page transitions carry the visitor through the portfolio without a cut. Built on Webflow with GSAP.
